Newtown, PA (December 14, 2010) – 3rd Federal Bank recently contributed more than $8,800 to United Way of Bucks County, United Way of Greater Mercer County NJ, and United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania. The amount was a combination of more than $7,600 in employee donations and a $1,250 company contribution.

3rd Federal Bank Receives Gold LEED® Certification, Unveils Green Art Made From Recycled Materials

Newtown, PA (December 2, 2010) – 3rd Federal Bank recently received Gold-level LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification for its newly built Woodhaven branch. During its LEED plaque presentation, the bank also unveiled artwork made from recycled materials by local artist Scott Bickmore (founder of The Monochromes Project) and students from nearby arts school, The Arts Academy at Benjamin Rush High School.

TF Financial Corporation Reports Third Quarter 2010 Earnings and Quarterly Dividend

Newtown, PA (October 28, 2010) - TF Financial Corporation (NASDAQ – THRD) today reported net income of $1,009,000 ($0.39 per diluted share) for the third quarter of 2010, compared with $967,000 ($0.38 per diluted share) for the second quarter of 2010 and $1,112,000 ($0.44 per diluted share) for the third quarter of 2009. Net income for the nine month period ended September 30, 2010 was $2,693,000 ($1.06 per diluted share) compared with $3,354,000 ($1.33 per diluted share) for the first nine months of 2009. The company also announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, payable November 15, 2010 to shareholders of record on November 8, 2010.

Newtown, PA (July 29, 2010) – TF Financial Corporation (NASDAQ – THRD) today reported net income of $967,000 ($0.38 per diluted share) for the second quarter of 2010, compared with $717,000 ($0.28 per diluted share) for the first quarter of 2010 and $1,222,000 ($0.48 per diluted share) for the second quarter of 2009. Net income for the six month period ending on June 30, 2010 was $1,684,000 ($0.66 per diluted share) compared with $2,242,000 ($0.89 per diluted share) for the first six months of 2009. The company also announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, payable August 16, 2010 to shareholders of record on August 9, 2010.

Basic FDIC Insurance Coverage Permanently Increased to $250,000 Per Depositor

Washington, D.C. (July 21, 2010) - President Barack Obama signed the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, which, in part, permanently raises the current standard maximum deposit insurance amount to $250,000. The standard maximum insurance amount of $100,000 had been temporarily raised to $250,000 until December 31, 2013. The FDIC insurance coverage limit applies per depositor, per insured depository institution for each account ownership category.

Net income for the three month period ended December 31, 2009 was $1,160,000 ($0.46 per diluted share) compared with $521,000 ($0.20 per diluted share) during the comparable period of 2008. The Company also announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, payable February 16, 2010 to shareholders of record on February 9, 2010.
